1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the SoulSage application, website at soulsage.app, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. By continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
SoulSage is an AI-powered breakup healing and emotional healing application designed to support users through difficult emotional experiences. The Service includes:
- Healing Programs: Structured 15-30 day programs combining reflective exercises, interactive storytelling, and guided activities to support emotional recovery.
- Aria AI Companion: A 24/7 AI-powered conversational companion available for emotional support and guidance.
- Guided Meditations: Audio-guided meditation sessions for relaxation and emotional well-being.
- Interactive Storytelling: Narrative-based exercises to help process emotions and gain perspective.
- Journaling: A private space for written reflections and emotional expression.
- Mood Tracking: Tools to log and monitor your emotional state over time, with progress insights.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately at hello@soulsage.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Subscription and Payments
SoulSage offers the following paid subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan: $7 per week, billed weekly.
- Annual Plan: $30 per year, billed annually.
Web Purchases (Paddle)
For subscriptions purchased through our website, Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the entity that processes your payment, handles billing, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and issues invoices and receipts on behalf of the Company. By purchasing through Paddle, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
In-App Purchases (App Stores)
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, billing, payment processing, and tax handling are managed by Apple or Google, respectively, and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be applied to your original payment method. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until that period expires.
- Apple App Store subscriptions: Cancel through your iPhone/iPad Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > SoulSage > Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play Store subscriptions: Cancel through the Google Play Store app > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > SoulSage > Cancel subscription.
- Web subscriptions (Paddle): Cancel through Paddle's subscription management link (included in your purchase confirmation email) or by emailing us at hello@soulsage.app.

7. User Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create within the Service, including journal entries, mood logs, and chat conversations with Aria ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license includes the right to process your chat messages through our AI systems to generate responses and to store your data on our servers.
We will not use your User Content for advertising purposes or share identifiable User Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from User Content to improve the Service.
8. AI Disclaimer
Important Notice
Aria is an AI-powered companion and is NOT a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. SoulSage does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Service, including conversations with Aria, is intended for emotional support and general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or counseling. You should not rely on the Service as your sole source of emotional or psychological support.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or are in any immediate danger, please contact emergency services in your area immediately or reach out to a crisis helpline:

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by Aria.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, text, audio, video, logos, trademarks, and other materials available through the Service (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms for personal, non-commercial use.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service.
- Attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit Aria or any AI systems within the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these prohibited uses.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that the results obtained from the use of the Service, including any AI-generated content, will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BTEABREAK MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated responses.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or transmissions.
- Any third-party conduct on the Service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $50 (USD), whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your User Content.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@soulsage.app. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
