This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds for SoulSage subscriptions purchased through our website (processed by Paddle), the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store. SoulSage is operated by Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited.
By subscribing to SoulSage, you agree to the terms described in this policy. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Subscription Plans
SoulSage offers the following subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan: $7 per week, billed weekly with automatic renewal.
- Annual Plan: $30 per year, billed annually with automatic renewal.
All subscriptions provide full access to SoulSage premium features, including Aria AI companion, healing programs, guided meditations, journaling, mood tracking, and progress insights. Prices are in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes (which are calculated and collected by the payment processor).
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
(a) Cancel an Apple App Store Subscription (iOS)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select SoulSage from the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
(b) Cancel a Google Play Store Subscription (Android)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select SoulSage and tap Cancel subscription.
You can also manage subscriptions at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
(c) Cancel a Web Subscription (Paddle)
For subscriptions purchased through our website (processed by Paddle), you can cancel using one of the following methods:
- Paddle Subscription Management: Use the subscription management link included in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle to cancel directly.
- Email Us: Send a cancellation request to hello@soulsage.app with your account email and order details. We will process your cancellation within 2 business days.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription purchases.
By subscribing to SoulSage, you acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to all purchases regardless of the payment method used, including:
- Web purchases (Paddle): Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. All web subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Apple App Store purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Any refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple.
- Google Play Store purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are subject to Google's refund policies. Any refund requests for Play Store purchases must be directed to Google.
We strongly encourage you to review the features and content of SoulSage before purchasing a subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current or any prior billing periods.
