Subscriptions for SoulSage are handled through the respective app stores. To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below based on your device:
For Android Users:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Locate your SoulSage subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
For iOS Users:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top, then choose Subscriptions.
Select your SoulSage subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 5 days of purchasing any subscription or service on SoulSage.
The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
No explanations or reasons are required when requesting a refund within this 5-day window.
